Resort Market Trends

 

Transactions in February have slowed down in all 5 Resort locations (Garfield, Pitkin, Summit, Routt and Eagle). Summit had a 27% decrease in monetary volume and a 23% decrease in number of transactions. Supply and Demand plays a big hand in the local statistics as well as other economic factors.
